Thinking Out Loud: Questions to Ask a Future team player.

published by: Alec One

During an epic web surfing session, I ended up stuck on someone’s website. I stared at the site because the title: The original snowflake test, is so fun to look at. I strike through the word snowflake because I’m going to adopt the test and use the tool as a way to group people’s moral frameworks for better personal communication.

The test or survey was given by the CEO Kyle Reyes to future, potential employees who want to work with “The Silent Partner Marketing” team. He created the survey to rule out people who wouldn’t fit in his teams dynamics.

The concept of building a team of like minded individuals is a powerful concept. I can see potential application of this survey being used in multiple areas. Imagine using these questions to start a conversation with potential partners. The questions can categorize people for quick communication links.

Original Test/Survey:

  1. How often should employees get raises?
  2. How do you feel about guns?
